As someone who relies mostly on human interaction to create their art, it only seemed fitting that I adapt to shooting virtually while government mandates restricted in person get togethers. I found that FaceTime photoshoots allowed for a more personal and collaborative experience with my subject. Being miles away, I had to rely on my model to manipulate the set and arrange the composition. As someone who thrives on having control when I’m shooting, FaceTime sessions allowed me to trust the process, and slow down while shooting. Featured here are the four FaceTime Photoshoots I had the pleasure of creating during quarantine. As these times continue so will this series.
